The Student Finance department at California Intercontinental University is dedicated to supporting all students throughout their academic journey by helping students navigate questions concerning student accounts, billing and payments, financial aid, and student loans.

Dates & Deadlines

5th of each month

Financial Assistance Program (FAP) payments are due.

Start of term

Term By Term (TBT) payments are due. See the academic calendar, here, for the next term start date. Please contact Isaac (contact details below) if you have any questions.

Tuition Payment Options

Term by term plan

Pay the full amount of tuition and fees for each term by the start date of each term. Payments can be made at caluniversity.edu/pay. Signed payment agreement required. This plan allows the student’s obligation to be complete by graduation.

Monthly Plan

The program’s tuition divided by months of the program equals the monthly payment amount due on the 5th of each month. Payments can be made at caluniversity.edu/pay. Signed payment agreement required. This plan allows the student’s obligation to be complete by graduation.

Extended Monthly Plan

The program’s tuition divided by months in the program plus 12 months equals monthly payment amount due on the 5th of each month. Payments can be made at caluniversity.edu/pay. This plan allows the student’s obligation to be complete by one year after graduation. 6% APR finance charges will apply once student stops attending.

All stipends are processed within two weeks after your disbursement gets posted to your ledger. Your stipends are deposited to your bank once your Bill.com account is set up.

CIU has partnered with Bill.com to deliver any refunds and stipends as soon as possible to our students. See our blog post, here,  regarding Bill.com for more information.

Yes, Bill.com now processes electronic payments and checks on behalf of CIU.

CIU bills one full semester at a time (three terms). CIU posts charges to your ledgers at the beginning of each semester.

If you decide to withdraw, or need a break, we will remove the charges for the untaken courses after we receive withdrawal/break confirmation.
