Finian Tan, Ph.D – Dr. Finian Tan is the Founder and Chairman of Vickers Capital Group, an international private equity and merchant banking house. He has served as the chairman and board member on numerous other boards and committees, including Baidu (NASDAQ: BIDU). He served in the Singapore Government as Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Trade and Industry and later as Deputy Chairman of the National Science and Technology Board. Dr. Tan has also worked at Credit Suisse First Boston as well as Draper Fisher Jurvetson Eplanet, Goldman Sachs, and Shell Eastern Ltd. Dr. Tan received his B.Sc. Degree in Engineering from the University of Glasgow, where he won all the academic prizes available for the examinations during his time there, including the top prize for his course, and the most distinguished graduate award. He received his Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Philosophy in Engineering from Cambridge University, UK.

Shaan Senthil Kumar, DBA –Shaan Senthil Kumar is the founder, co-chairman of California InterContinental University. Jeffrey Chi, Ph.D – Dr. Jeffrey Chi is a Managing Director at Vickers Venture Partners and a member of the Investment Committee. Dr. Chi's experience covers a variety of industries including information technology, healthcare and media. Dr. Chi is active in promoting entrepreneurship and frequently speaks at public events including ones hosted by INSEAD, Fudan University and Zhejiang University. He is the co-founder of the MIT Enterprise Forum, Shanghai Chapter, a not-for-profit alumni organization promoting technology entrepreneurship. Dr. Chi is a CFA Charter holder and graduated from Cambridge University with 1st class Honours in Engineering. He earned his PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in organizational knowledge and information technology. .

Elkhalil BineBine, M.D. – Dr. BineBine is the Vice Chairman of the Vickers Capital Group and oversees the Group's Investor Relations. Dr. BineBine was a consultant to Amroc investments which emphasized trading distressed debt with a turnover of US$6 billion dollars a year. At the same time, in 1993, Dr. BineBine founded Gibraltar Enterprises, Inc. with an emphasis on investment in real estate worldwide. In 1996, he began to represent investment funds such as Carlyle, Central Partners, and Castle Harbor, raising funds of over a billion dollars. Dr. BineBine is fluent in seven languages, French, English, Arabic, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Hebrew and some Chinese. He is a member of the Arab Banking Association of North America. Dr. BineBine attended the University of Bordeaux and graduated as an MD from La Sorbonne, France.
