Flexible Payment Options for Students

California Intercontinental University offers students flexible payment plans designed to help you find the best options for your specific needs. From online college student loans, to scholarships, fellowships and employer-sponsored tuition, CALUNIVERSITY plans ahead to help students minimize their financial burden.

The multiple payment plans offered for a CALUNIVERSITY online degree program are specifically designed to help you achieve a low-debt graduation.

A CALUNIVERSITY degree work for you, not the other way around.

TUITION AND APPLICABLE FEES PAYMENT PLANS

California Intercontinental University offers affordable, interest-free payment plans for qualified students.

Plan 1: Financial Assistance Program (FAP)

Students have the flexibility to enroll in a monthly installment payment option. For the undergraduate program, the monthly installments will be $400.00. For the graduate programs, the monthly installments will be $450.00. Please contact the Student Accounts Department for more information.

Plan 2: Term By Term

This plan requires tuition and applicable fees payment prior to the beginning of a Term for the selected courses of the degree program. Tuition is assessed in accordance with the student’s enrollment agreement.

Plan 3: Payment for Entire Program

Students may elect to pay for the entire program up front. Any courses retaken will be charged as per the prevailing retake policy.

Plan 4: Direct Bill Plan

This plan requires that a student’s employer establishes a Direct Bill Plan with California Intercontinental University as the school will bill the employer directly for the student’s tuition and applicable fees. The student is responsible for letters of credit, vouchers or any and all employer direct bill documentation required by his/her employer. The student is fully responsible for any amount not covered by the employer’s reimbursement policy or plan.

Plan 5: Federal Financial Aid

Qualified students, enrolled in an eligible program may apply for Federal Financial Aid to pay for their cost of tuition. In order to apply for Financial Aid the Free Application for Federal Student Aid must be completed at www.fafsa.ed.gov.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

  • We accept any Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card for which you are an authorized signer.
  • We accept checks and money orders payable to “CALUNIVERSITY”. Please remember to include a copy of your student ID with your check or money order.
  • We also accept cash payment upfront and in full for your registered courses.
  • We accept bank wire transfers. Wire fees may apply, please see tuition & fee schedule. Student Accounts Department can provide the SWIFT details.

If you are sponsored by your employer for your online college courses, we may be able to directly bill your employer. Please be prepared to provide a copy of your employer’s education payment plan. Any portion of the tuition not paid under employer will have to be paid by you prior to your course.
